渭源:“四抓四强”做到学习调研双促进

第二批“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育中,渭源县扎实开展“八进八学”活动,通过“四抓四强”措施,做到学习调研双促进,不断深化主题教育效果。

抓学习教育强责任意识,促调研行动自觉。积极开展领导干部示范学、聚焦主题研讨学,县委常委会坚持“走在前、作表率”,率先启动了主题教育读书班,组织县委理论学习中心组成员开展集中学习6次,开展警示教育1次、先进典型教育1次,聆听专题报告3场次,分3个专题开展交流研讨3次,赴会宁开展革命传统教育1次。县直部门(单位)、乡镇领导班子举办读书班113个,开展集中学习233场次、分专题研讨229次,切实推动学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想往深里走、往心里走、往实处走,各级党员领导干部把学习效果转化为以实际行动促渭源高质量发展的行动自觉,积极履行第一责任人责任、一岗双责责任,积极投身调查研究,找问题剖根源寻良法促发展。

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     形式,各级领导干部紧密结合各自工作实际,在推动学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想入脑入心的同时,把习近平总书记针对本系统本部门的重要讲话和批示指示、重点业务知识学习篇目也纳入学习必学篇目强化学习,举办交流演讲、知识竞赛、考试比赛促进学习,强化学习效果,在加强政治理论学习的同时强化领导干部业务技能提升,将学习的效果转化为“用绣花的功夫”立足岗位搞调研的实际行动,确定的582个调研课题都经过班子会议讨论研究,调研文章通过及时召开调研成果交流会,班子成员广开言路相互点评、逐个点评、集体 “会诊”“把脉”、讨论商议,帮助理思路、查问题、剖根源、找对策,提出针对性修改意见,提升调研质量,确保调研结果准确结合全县实际、部门实际、乡镇实际,已提交高质量调研文章8篇。

抓学习教育强作风转变,促调研破难解忧。持续强化空中课堂在线学、先进典型引领学,通过空中课堂、观看记录片等学习爱民为民的先进典型,以榜样的力量引领广大党员领导干部筑牢爱民亲民情怀,将学习的成效转化为想方设法为老百姓办实实在在看得见摸得着的好事实事的行动自觉。各级领导干部转作风,改方法,在广泛征求意见、召开座谈会调查了解的基础上,“一竿子插到底”深入基层、深入群众、深入企业和专业合作社、深入本行业本部门当前重点工作中,与贫困群众见面、与生产经营一线人员见面、与当前重点工作中的难点热点问题见面,听实话、摸实情、办实事、解民忧,清单式列出班子及成员1420条问题,切实做到问政于民、问需于民、问计于民,从最基层找到破解难题的实招硬招妙招。

抓学习教育强担当作为,促调研成果转化。深入结合红色教育现场学、警示教育反思学,各级各部门积极赴莲峰镇坡儿红军烈士陵园、梁家坪烈士陵园开展革命传统再教育,到元古堆村开展党性体验教育,弘扬革命传统,坚定理想信念,凝聚奋进力量,锤炼党员领导干部忠诚干净担当的政治品格,将调研的成果转化为促进工作的实际行动,抓好各项工作落实,督促各乡镇整改脱贫攻坚县级验收发现问题54条,转化提升软弱涣散党组织21个,联审清退村干部80人,多种方式新选聘村干部69人,教育转化信教参教党员9人,便民服务中心简化证照办理、费用收缴、住房事项审批等办事流程16项,完成各类问题整改860条。
